Great place in the city for breakfast. Had the waffles and they were terrific! Staff is polite and very attentive.

Efficient, friendly service coupled with delicious, generous portions make Hazel's a fantastic brunch spot. Expect a little wait on Sunday mornings considering the popularity, but it's well worth it.

I got the eggs Natasha, it’s an egg Benny but with pancake instead of English muffins, it’s pretty good for $15. The restaurant was empty when I was there, but the waitresses kept rushing us to get the bill...

Great food at a good price with fantastic service to boot. The only real downside is that when they are busy it is hard to get a table.

My go-to Sunday breakfast spot. Food is simple yet delicious, the staff is super sweet and always remembers my order. They're very accommodating if you want to modify the menu items. Definitely family friendly but not wheelchair accessible

Amazing breakfast entrees you can't find anywhere else. Reasonably priced and huge portions with quality ingredients. Say goodbye to the beige, boring breakfast and try their zippy offerings.

Attentive service and food came out fast. Had one server during a brunch rush which is understandable on a Monday. However the food and coffee was not the best. My hollandaise sauce was cold and a little bit sour. Coffee was bitter. Their home fries or potatoes were a little undercooked and not well seasoned at all. Kinda disappointed.

This is a nice diner. Friendly staff and good food. The portions are generous but not too big. It is quite busy on the weekend.

Food is good, service is quick, but the front step is steep and the washroom is down flight of stairs. Not accessible for people who use mobility devices.

The omelet here is great, the place is nice and cozy.

Great spot for diner grub. Had the Plain Jane burger. Comes with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion which is not stated on the menu. Great tasting burger for $11. Not a fan of the shoe string style fries but I think they are fresh cut so you gotta appreciate that. Great service full 5 stars.

grab the breakfast burritos. super generous portions, spicy hot and super tasty. I've eaten here several times - a go to spot for breakfast with my son, the food is always good. a great local neighbourhood diner worth supporting.

Quick lunch, good portion and affordable! Regular diner. Nothing fancy.I had the grilled cheese with fries. It was ok. Didn't really dig the fries. Too thin and the pepper didn't do a lot of for the fries.

The service was amazing and the atmosphere was great with 80's music, I don't know if they have it all the time but it was good. The food quality is amazing and the menu has great healthy options. With modern and homestyle cooking as a base for their fusión breakfast experience. And of course with freshly squeezed OJ.Definitely five stars... Price point perfect as well

Hazel's hash was good, lots of flavor and plenty of spice. Service was decent. Did have to ask for more cutlery and for toast and oj for one of my party members but that's minor.

No complaints. Had standard bfast. Food and service very good. Would cone back if in area.

Friendly service and a tasty breakfast menu makes this our go to neighbourhood brunch spot. Staff are quick with refills of water and coffee, and happy to discuss the various menu options. The atmosphere is very much "small, local diner" and the menu contains basic breakfast classics, as well as some more esoteric fare. On this visit I had a version of Eggs Benedict that came on a bed of arugula, tomatoes and crispy rosti potatoes instead of English muffins. Worth noting before you come: they only accept cash or debit (no credit cards), and are not open past mid-afternoon. Enjoy!

I had brunch here with my partner one Saturday afternoon - it was absolutely delicious!! I got the loaded waffle, which came with obviously fresh berries and banana, topped with whipped cream and I was given a cute little maple syrup vessel on the side. I was quite pleased to find that it didn't have fruit compote syrup on it because I find that too sweet - it seems like they serve really high quality food here. It is clean and has a very cute diner atmosphere with comfy booths in the back and wood paneling on one of the walls. My boyfriend really liked the hot sauce.

I've gone here for breakfast quite a few times. The food is great, the portions are a good size and the staff are always friendly.
